The gardens are large and quiet with spots ideal for a sundowner as the rear of the house faces south west with gorgeous views across the rolling Cotswold hills. The heated swimming pool is in the rose garden behind the cottage and private, rear courtyard that has plentiful parking space and an EV charging point. The stables are spacious and are equipped with gym equipment for your stay.
The entrance hall with log burning stove is a lovely place to take time out in its own right and leads down to a stunning, double-vaulted kitchen dining room complete with 5-oven Aga, wood burning stove and TV – a great space for entertaining and family meals. The kitchen has French doors that open onto the front patio with a fountain as its centre piece. There are two further receptions rooms; a formal drawing room with baby grand piano, and off that a library cum television room which makes for a perfect, relaxing family TV room with large sofa, open fire and rearrangeable casual (loafing) seating. The drawing room opens out onto a south west facing terrace that looks out over the large private gardens, and over 50 private acres for walks and picnics.
