The 18th century listed Farmhouse has four ensuite bedrooms across the first and second floors all with showers and two with added baths. There are two study areas setup for work from home or a quiet place to read.
On the ground floor the sitting room and formal dining room for 8-10 people occupy the rooms south of the entrance hall, the open plan kitchen with electric Aga and Miele dishwasher opens onto the breakfast room (8 people) and TV Snug before the bootroom. There are traditional fireplaces in the sitting room and dining room and a double-sided wood-burner for the cosy breakfast room and TV Snug. The Farmhouse has its own private sunken garden with outdoor table and sofa, gas BBQ, small Kamadoe Joe smoker and firepit.
There is also the option to book the Dutch Entertainment Barn with the Farmhouse (at an additional cost) which hosts a gym, 16m heated swimming pool, barrel sauna, dining room for 20 guests & a tennis court *please note there are no additional bedrooms in the entertainment barn.
All Farmhouse bookings include a daily housekeeper (4 hours).
The Farmhouse can be booked on its own for up to 8 guests, or taken with Stone Barn to accomodate 12 guests in total. Alternatively you can book all of Latimer Farm to accommodate 20 guests.
